We got our new stainless stove, dishwasher and microwave all in place to match our fridge, and the kitchen looks pretty good! I still don't love the green cabinets, but they could be worse, that's for sure.

We finally have all the old wallpaper down and Isaiah has started filling holes, sanding, texturing, etc. the walls and we've already bought paint for the living room and dining room. We might get that done this weekend, but who knows.
The yard is looking gorgeous with the grass all coming in and luckily, I have a bunch of tulips and irises along the back fence that are just starting to bloom. Especially since I do not have a green thumb, I love this!

Tuggy and Murphy love all the windows in the house and I'm always sure to leave open the lower shutters in the living room open so they can keep an eye on the neighbors and all the goings on outside. Tug only gets excited if somebody walks by, but Murphy of course gets all tense and barky even if a bird lands in the front yard. It's important stuff, as you can see...
We've been able to spend time with friends and neighbors the last few weekends, which has been fun. Two weekends ago we just went out to dinner with one of Isaiah's friends from work, his wife (who is due with a little girl a week after me) and their 5-year old son, who is a riot. We came back to the house after dinner and we got a huge kick out of watching this kid run Tug ragged. Tuggy would come up to us with a look on his face like, "Can I lay down now?" It was great! Then last weekend we had the family that lives across the street from us over and our next door neighbor who is a widower. We grilled and just visited, and it was good to get to spend time with them.
I'm adjusting to driving to Lubbock four times a week for work. I definitely don't enjoy it, that's for sure, but I usually just listen to the radio or make phone calls to catch up with people. Since Isaiah's getting home earlier most nights, he tries to get up earlier to spend time with me and do things around the house. Some days that doesn't happen, but....
I'm 23 1/2 weeks preggy today so I've only got just over 16 weeks to go. Yay! I had another ultrasound on Tuesday morning and Isaiah was able to go with me. Since he was running on five hours of sleep or so, I thought he was going to fall asleep in that dark room, but he managed to stay awake. They gave us a bunch of pictures of the little gal, but she had her arms, legs or both in front of her face pretty much the whole time. This is probably the best one, and you can see part of her face and her little nose. It looks like she's doing the motions to the Walk Like An Egyptian song....but it's doubtful. I don't think she's ever even heard it! :)
I still haven't gained any weight and am actually down a few pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight, but my doctor says it's fine. I figure that just means I'll have less to lose after the baby comes! Also, since I'm showing so high, I'm still able to wear most of my regular pants, but will probably be switching to the maternity ones here soon. Regular shirts are sure getting short, so I need to find a few more cute maternity tops to cover the bulge. Eeesh.
Well, that's about it for us at this point. I'll try to be better about posting more often, but you just never know these days.... :)
Your house pictures look great, and I love the new u/s pic of your little girl. :-) 16 more weeks! Eek!
